ConnectorHub is committed to upholding the highest standards of data protection and transparency. As a provider of an integration and automation platform that processes operational and enterprise data, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and support our customers in meeting their own compliance requirements.

This page explains how ConnectorHub handles personal data, the safeguards in place, and the rights available to EU/EEA users.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ConnectorHub platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

2. Definitions

  • Platform: ConnectorHub’s integration software, tools, APIs, connectors, and related services for automating workflows and integrating third-party applications.
  • User: Any individual accessing or using the Services.
  • Customer: An organization or entity with paid or trial access to the Services.
  • Legal obligations (fraud prevention, record-keeping)
  • Customer Data: Data, content, or information uploaded, transmitted, or processed by a Customer through the Services, excluding aggregated or anonymized data derived from usage.
  • Third-Party Services: External applications, APIs, or platforms that integrate with the Platform.
  • Documentation: User guides, help articles, and other materials provided by ConnectorHub describing the Services.

We process only what is necessary and never access customer payload data without explicit customer authorization.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete account information during registration.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and notify ConnectorHub immediately of any unauthorized access.
  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms, applicable laws (including data protection and export control laws), and the Documentation.
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works from the Services (except to the extent permitted by applicable law).
  • Not interfere with, disrupt, or overburden the Services, or attempt to circumvent any security features.
  • Not use the Services for high-risk activities (e.g., life-support systems, nuclear operations) or process sensitive personal data (e.g., health information, financial details, or government IDs) without prior written consent from ConnectorHub.

ConnectorHub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services during your Subscription Term solely for your internal business purposes.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • The accuracy, quality, and legality of all Customer Data and workflow configurations.
  • Obtaining all necessary rights, consents, and permissions to upload or process Customer Data, including compliance with data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • The integrity and security of any Third-Party Services credentials integrated with the Platform.
  • Compliance with the terms of any Third-Party Services connected to the Platform.
  • Maintaining backups of Customer Data and any non-ConnectorHub data.

ConnectorHub is not responsible for any failures, outages, or issues caused by Third-Party Services, Customer configurations, or external factors beyond its control.

5. Third-Party Services and Integrations

The Platform may enable integrations with Third-Party Services via APIs or connectors. You are solely responsible for:

  • Acquiring and maintaining access to Third-Party Services.
  • Complying with all applicable terms, privacy policies, and requirements of Third-Party Services.
  • Any risks associated with data sharing or transmissions between the Platform and Third-Party Services.

ConnectorHub does not endorse, warrant, or support Third-Party Services and is not liable for their performance, availability, or any resulting data loss or damages. ConnectorHub may share limited Customer Data or usage information with Third-Party Services as necessary to facilitate integrations or resolve issues. If a Third-Party Service ceases compatibility, ConnectorHub may discontinue support without refund or liability.

6. Billing and Payment

  • Fees are based on your selected plan, subscription level, or contract and are billed in advance.
  • All fees are non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in these Terms or required by law.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 30 days before the renewal date.
  • Late or non-payment may result in suspension or termination of access, with interest accruing at 1.5% per month (or the maximum legal rate) on overdue amounts.
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes, excluding taxes on ConnectorHub’s net income.
  • ConnectorHub may adjust fees upon renewal with 30 days’ notice.

7. Acceptable Use

Prohibited activities include:

  • Uploading or transmitting harmful code, malware, or viruses.
  • Circumventing access controls or security measures.
  • Unauthorized access to or interference with other Customers’ data or accounts.
  • Using the Services for abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, or malicious purposes, including violations of intellectual property rights or spam laws.
  • Competitive benchmarking, AI training, or developing similar services without ConnectorHub’s consent.

ConnectorHub may monitor usage to enforce these Terms and reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

8. Intellectual Property

  • ConnectorHub retains all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, connectors, workflow engines, Documentation, branding, UI/UX, and all related intellectual property.
  • No ownership rights are transferred to you; only a limited license as described in Section 3.
  • You retain ownership of your Customer Data. You grant ConnectorHub a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and use Customer Data as necessary to provide and improve the Services.
  • Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Services may be used by ConnectorHub without obligation or compensation.
  • ConnectorHub owns any aggregated, anonymized data derived from your use of the Services (excluding identifiable Customer Data).

9. Data Protection & Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to ConnectorHub’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

  • ConnectorHub processes Customer Data as a service provider/processor on your behalf and in accordance with your instructions.
  • You are responsible for ensuring Customer Data complies with applicable data protection laws and obtaining necessary consents for personal data processing.
  • ConnectorHub implements industry-standard security measures to protect Customer Data, including encryption and access controls. However, you remain responsible for securing your endpoints and integrations.
  • In the event of a data breach, ConnectorHub will notify you as required by law.
  • If the Services involve processing personal data under GDPR or similar laws, a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) may apply upon request.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat as confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party that is marked confidential or should reasonably be considered confidential (e.g., Customer Data for you; Service details for ConnectorHub). Confidential information may not be disclosed except as necessary to perform under these Terms or as required by law (with notice to the other party). This obligation survives termination for 5 years.

11. Warranties and Disclaimers

  • ConnectorHub warrants that the Services will substantially conform to the Documentation during your Subscription Term. Your sole remedy for breach is repair, replacement, or a pro-rated refund.
  • EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
  • ConnectorHub does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all Third-Party Services.

12. Indemnification

  • ConnectorHub will indemnify you against third-party claims that the Services infringe their intellectual property rights, provided you notify us promptly and allow us to control the defense. We may modify the Services, procure rights, or terminate with a refund as remedy. This does not apply to claims arising from your modifications, combinations, or Customer Data.
  • You will indemnify ConnectorHub against claims arising from your Customer Data, violations of these Terms, or misuse of the Services.

13. Limitation of Liability

ConnectorHub is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue, profits, data, or goodwill.
  • Indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
  • Issues caused by Third-Party Services, your configurations, or external factors.
    IN NO EVENT WILL CONNECTORHUB’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. This limitation applies regardless of legal theory and survives if any remedy fails its essential purpose.

14. Termination

  • ConnectorHub may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, pose a security risk, fail to pay, or engage in illegal activities.
  • Upon termination, you must cease using the Services, and ConnectorHub may delete your data after 30 days.
  • Provisions that by nature should survive (e.g., payment obligations, indemnity, liability limitations) will do so.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Texas.

16. Updates to Terms

ConnectorHub may modify these Terms at any time by posting updates. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will provide notice via email or the Platform.

17. General Provisions

  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without ConnectorHub’s consent, except in a merger or acquisition.
  • Force Majeure: Neither party is liable for delays due to events beyond control (e.g., natural disasters, wars), excluding payment obligations.
  • Severability: If any provision is invalid, the rest remain enforceable.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the full agreement, superseding prior understandings.
  • Notices: Notices must be in writing, via email or certified mail.
  • Independent Contractors: No partnership or agency is created.
  • Publicity: ConnectorHub may reference you as a customer in marketing materials unless you object in writing.
